New Website

Welcome to my new blog. For those of you who have been keeping up to date with what I have been doing, its basically the same as my old page. I’ve updated so I can have a few more features. I’ve just uploaded some videos for you to check out, with promises of a lot more. I’ll have regular photos from all our home games going up every two weeks, and updates on results and how my team is playing here in Chemnitz. Along the way I’ll be posting some of my views on Volleyball in Aus, around the world, and occasional snippets of the conditioning side of things, which I personally think is very poorly done in Australia, and in a lot of leagues overseas. If you have any comments or any questions, feel free. If there are any girls in Aus wanting to head over to Europe on contract and need some advice on how to go about it, or have any questions about the lifestyle/training load etc don’t hesitate to ask me, its easier with help…thats how I got here.
